Step # 2 - How do you feel about your life situations?
This step deals with identifying your feelings and what your feelings are
saying about your current thoughts.
Your feelings are a direct result of your thoughts. What you think about and what you make that thought mean are the drivers in creating your feelings. So, as an example, you are feeling sad and alone having thought about your situation. Let's say you may even reflect further and you think about a time you were alone and have come to the conclusion that you are actually always alone. A feeling of sadness springs up within you from these thoughts. Your feeling will generate a low frequency at a cellular level. People around you will unconsciously sense this and start to avoid you. They may not be aware they are avoiding being in your presence but will have less of a desire to be around you. Now these thoughts do not create the same feelings for everybody. Some people are pleased to be alone and do not make it mean anything sad or depressing. Their emotions and vibrations are higher. Low feelings sap your energy and keep you in the dumps making it difficult for you to do anything to help yourself. The opposite is also true. If you have ever been in love, you were vibrating at a high level. People took notice of your presence and commented on how you were glowing. Something was different about you.
Your feelings affect your Actions as seen in Step One of the Four Step Process. Your actions are primarily a direct reflection of what you are feeling. In most cases you can tell how someone is feeling by the way they act, or pretend to be. Let's say you have hurt feelings and have to go out to an event. Having to act the entire evening by pretending to be happy when you are not is very difficult and exhausting. We are tracing backward on a trail to identify a particular belief or series of beliefs.
